An industrial painter’s job is not easy, and it’s very toxic to boot. Labor shortages are also making it harder to find skilled, professional painters.
Robotic arms can fill in the void because the job entails consistency for each coat of paint. Robots can follow a programmed path, consistently covering large areas and limiting waste. Machines are also useful for spraying adhesives, sealants, and primers.
By modernizing or adapting the machine for the needs of a new or modernized production process, we perform adaptation, modernization or design and make new formatting elements. We perform retrofitting with cost optimization. Including the use of the maximum number of components and machines already owned by customers that can be adapted in the new solution.
We adapt elements of grippers and working heads, as well as equip stands with completely new solutions allowing to achieve planned capacities with production accuracy.
We replace worn elements of automation systems, pneumatics and machine mechanics. So that as a result of the work carried out, the modernized or adapted machine meets the requirements of trouble-free operation for subsequent years of operation.
We modernize or re-develop control algorithms for PLC controllers, HMI desktops, industrial robots and security systems. In addition, we adapt safety equipment to current legal and application requirements.
With the right equipment and experience, we make constructions and components welded from technical plastics.

For production purposes, we use materials from the world's best producers and distributors of plastics. We manufacture designed systems and assemblies based on standard commercial elements, i.e.
subjected to individual treatment and matching to customer requirements.
We design and manufacture dedicated kinematic systems based on electric and pneumatic drives as well as based on a combination of both these technologies.
Dedicated handling systems will work in places and applications where installation and operation of the robot is very difficult or impossible due to the spatial conditions.
Individually developed 3 and 4 axis manipulators also work well in budget applications. Especially in places where compared to the full 6-axis kinematics do not cause the need to increase investment outlays.
